In need of a secure location to park your bike when traveling to work or to school? Request a bike locker or secure bike parking space through SANDAG iCommute. Our program is expanding. Beginning this November there will be nearly 700 secure bike parking spaces at over 60 locations throughout San Diego County. The lockers and bike stations are at many trolley stations, COASTER and SPRINTER stations, Rapid transit stations and some Park & Ride lots. There are two types of bike parking available- electronic lockers and secure group bike parking facilities. Once approved for the program, your iCommute issued electronic BikeLink card will work at any available locker or group bike parking facility in our network.

Bike Lockers

Allow one bike to be parked per space. You can use your electronic BikeLink card at any available space in our network.

Secure Group Bike Parking aka Bike Stations

Though there are not as many locations for secure group bike parking, if you commonly frequent a station that offers group parking you can take advantage of amenities such as a bike pump, repair station, full coverage lighting along with interior and exterior security cameras.

Bike lockers can be accessed for a $25 key deposit and are available to frequent bike commuters on a first-come, first-served basis.
